      zum thema an sich würde ich mal behaupten, dass 95% der leser eh nicht kapieren was da in sachen trademark blabla überhaupt von sich gegeben wird, mich eingeschlossen. für sowas hats gesetzte/gerichte + fähige und teure anwälte und das einzige was interessiert ist, wies nacher ausgeht. trotzdem wird wieder ne riesen welle losgetreten und blizzard verteufelt, weil sie ja ach so böse sind. hf

      Valvefrog solved das schon. Finds halt nur unverschaemt wie sie erst behaupten "DotA gehoert der community" und jetzt son muell kommt. Als ob Valve den namen in irgendeiner weise verschandeln koennte. Eher im gegenteil, die jungs sind gerade gut daran dieses wort zu eines der groessten im multiplayerbusiness zu machen und da kann blizzard eher forh sein ein teil dieser erfolgsgeschichte zu sein. Genug daran verdient haben sie sowieso schon, wenn man sich anguckt wieviel leute sich WC3 alleine wegen dota geholt haben.

      besonders die argumente von wegen fans und community, mit denen hat blizzard doch nichts am hut.

      das ist so als ob der stiefvater, der seine tochter ihr ganzes leben vernachlässigt hat, auf einmal der erste sein will der reinstecken darf, wenn sie mit 20 einen jungen mann findet den sie heiraten will. (stiefvater=blizzard; jungfräuliche muschi=dota; stattlicher jüngling=valve)
