      Wie in diesem Blog recht ausführlich beschrieben wird, gibt es einige Probleme mit dieser Organisation, ich war so frei und habe mal den Abschnitt von Godz zitiert:

      Well, our time with Absolute Legends (AL) wasn't the best. It wasn't the worst either, e-sports is kind of like that. There are people who are out to exploit you, people who just straight up scam you, and people who are fantastic and will do anything to help and support you. AL had a bit of all of that during our stay. But as numerous stuff has come up, I feel it worthwhile as a precautionary tale of this organization to not tell our whole story but just incidents that speak of the character of this organization, specifically their "CEO" Tim Buysse, known as "wetdream" in gaming.

      1. At one point we were behind 3-4 months of salary (it wasn't even a big salary so not sure why it was so late). We had constantly chased up on it and gotten various reasons for its delay. We figured it's just normal/e-sports. Finally, after telling us on 2-3 occasions the transaction had be sent and just had to wait for it to process, we got fed up. Ultimately, He admitted that he lied and was not upfront about the financial situation. Lies about the payments happened on numerous occasions.

      2. After parting ways with AL we finally got paid the salary we were owed (took ages and even threats from my end, something I'm not proud of, but I felt was necessary for the sake of the players, who are my good friends). We were owed other LAN expenses we had paid from our own pocket in Seattle at TI-2, but we were fed up with him lying, and just took it and left quietly not saying anything. 1-2 weeks later the paypal transaction of our complete 4 month owed salary was protested on Paypal by none other than Tim Buysse again due to a comment someone had made against AL not coming from any of the players or myself - and was transferred back to him or something. After a heated discussion between him and myself it was returned to us.

      3. There were other incidents, that led us to doubt AL's credibility and various other things as to their values, such as Tim asking us to not receive prize money for winning an AL tournament (while we were still with AL), and to keep the money for future AL tournament. Why he would not want to give his team something to reward them getting first in a tough competition that they earned and deserved I don't know.

      Anyways, These incidents listed are as factual as can be. All can be verified by multiple parties which is why I choose to include them and not other incidents involving Absolute Legends and Tim Buysse. People can come to their own conclusions, but I do not trust anything he says or will ever say, and would strongly advise people to avoid working with him at any cost.     • Tim "WetDreaM" Buysse war pro LoL Spieler, das ist so weit ich weiß korrekt. Allerdings spielte er auch andere Spiele, also weiß ich nicht worauf du hinaus willst. Bitte den thread nicht mit LoL vs Dota verseuchen!

      war garnicht die absicht, hatte nur im hinterkopf dass wetdream das war und er bei vielen spielen schon aufs maul geflogen ist wegen cheaten und diversen anderen dingen

    • jap, der wetdream war lol pro vor ca 1 1/2 Jahren und hat bei SK gespielt.

      jetzt kommt der lustige Teil. Er wurde bei SK gekickt, weil er zu schlecht war(auffassung von SK oder ocelote, weiss ich nicht mehr genau). Daraufhin hat er ein Statement geschrieben, in dem er sich über die Art und Weise wie SK sein Gehalt und Lan Trips bezahlen würde aufgeregt.

    • Alles in allem wird AL schon seinen Kopf aus der Schlinge ziehen - aber sie sind alles andere als Astrein.

      Yes and if she is claiming she was contracted by us or needed to be paid by us i would like to see the proof of that. We merged with Esahara and took them under our wings because they were still contracted by Esahara.

      Wenn zwei Firmen fusionieren/eine aufgekauft wird, ist doch die verbliebene Firma der Rechtsnachfolger und muss die Verträger weiter führen oder verwechsle ich da was?

      In welcher Art und Weise das passiert, darauf kommt es an, Deutschland hat ein extrem umfangreiches Umwandlungsrecht (UmwG) in dem alles geregelt ist, auch dort gibt es verschiedene Formen der Umwandlung, wie das im ausländischen Recht ist und welche Formen die "Firmen" vorher/nachher hatten, ist wohl nicht bekannt ;)

      OT: Mal wieder Esport Drama, wer häts gedacht...

    • Leider ist mir weder die Rechtsform ALs bekannt, noch wie diese Zusammenkunft zustande kam. Allerdings vertrat diese Person die Organisation auf mehren Events, wie kann sie da bei einer nicht mehr existierenden Ex-Orga, die in AL aufging unter Vertrag sein?

      edit: bin selbst mit diesem Thema nur sehr wenig vertraut.

    • Das nicht immer alles rechtzeitig bezahlt wird ist durchaus nicht ungewöhnlich in vielen Bereichen der Wirtschaft. Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn da viel rumgelogen & getrickst wurde, aber so läuft das halt.

      Zu der Übernahme: irgendwie schon alles merkwürdig gelaufen. So wirkliche Beweise hat ja keiner geliefert.

      Die Wahrheit liegt vermutlich wie immer irgendwo in der Mitte.

      In welchen sonstigen Bereichen der Wirtschaft werden Gehälter nicht rechtzeitig bezahlt? Reden wir von Deutschland/Westen?

    • ^ Bereich evtl nicht, aber im kleineren Mittelstand mit nur ner Hand voll Mitarbeitern, kleinen Geschäften mit 1-2 Angestellten usw. dürfte das schon immer wieder mal vorkommen.

    • Also erstmal weiss ich nicht ob eSport-Profi's überhaupt Mitarbeiter der Clans/Teams sind oder ob es mehr ne "Zusammenarbeit" ist. Das die Leute nicht lokal zusammenarbeiten macht auf jedenfall ne ganze Menge aus.

      Generell gibt es viele Bereiche wo die "Mitarbeiter" ausgegliedert sind und offiziell nur noch "Geschäftspartner" sind. Und wenn dann irgendwer nicht mehr pünktlich bezahlt dann wirds halt nach unten durchgereicht. Viele Unternehmen können es sich nicht leisten in Vorleistung zu gehen.

      In der Schifffahrtsindustrie ist es z.B. soweit ich weiss sehr stark vertreten. Reedereien zahlen gerne nicht pünktlich und jeder der von den Reedereien abhängt, gibt es dann halt nach unten weiter.

      zum Thema: Ich hab kein Plan wie zuverlässig Sponsoren bezahlen, aber Teams sind mehr von Sponsoren abhängig als umgekehrt. Von daher haben die Sponsoren da sicherlich recht viel Freiraum. Und wenn das Team sein Geld nicht (rechtzeitig) bekommt, kann es natürlich auch keins weitergeben.
