Me and a longtime-teammate are reforming a team, after the old one decided to split up due to different future perspectives and goals in dota.
We are both students and have a lot of free time with an average of 4.5k hours played and we are taking the game very serious to become one of the best in Europe.
As mentioned in the title, we are looking for 3 players (role 1,2 and 5) that share our passion and dedication.
As a Carry you should get 99% of the lasthits in a freefarm-lane, know how to play in an aggressive trilane against opponents that will abuse every little missstep and never get cought out during the mid and lategame. Also you should have fun practicing lasthitting in singleplayer and actually be doing it a lot.
As a Mid-player you should have knowledge about every common matchup aswell as have mastered little tricks like creep controll via aggro or the rtz-block. Also your mapawareness should be high enough to not get caught by ganks in the early game and tp to support the trilane when needed even without it being called.
As a Support you should know how to move arround on the map, when to initiate without asking 3x and when to gank/support/ward/farm. Also your pulls should be on point and you should know how to play a dual mid with every aspect like how to position, when to harrass and when to take the rune.
all of the above is a short summary of where we want to play and a hint to how much work everyone needs to put to get to the highest level. It does not cover everything and could be continued almost endlessly.
But for now we decided to put a minimum of 4.5k tmmr in previouse teams for any tryout.
Even though we have some expirience in captaining and drafting, it would be a big plus if you have longterm expirience and the personality to captain a team.
