After several matches and months of practice the team has finally decided which players worked well with the team and which did not.
Captain of the team, Sweden Loda claims that the language and difference barrier between ARS-ART and the team was affecting them too much so they decided mutually to part ways. There isn't any specific reasons stated about Rwar, just that it did not work out.
Both players have been released from the roster officially.

für ars-art ist die begrüng eigentlich klar. die barriere der sprache und so oder vllt. haben sie sich einfach nicht mehr so verstanden, denn sweden 0:2 russia :rolleyes
ich denke nicht, dass es bei ars-art am skill gelegen hat, sondern aus anderen gründen wie integration und so. ich bin zwar nicht der, der das wirklich beurteilen kann, aber er hat doch sehr wenig bei wichtigen spielen gespielt und wenn er gespielt hat, sah das was er gemacht hat eigentlich ganz gut aus, wie das aber im zusammenhang mit dem team aussieht, kann ich als einfach dota nerd nicht beurteilen :king -
was heißt rausgeworfen, für mich liest sich das eher nach gegenseitigem einverständnis. englisch ist halt nicht unbedingt eine stärke der meisten russen, daher sprachbarriere. selbst spieler wie NS welche noch relativ routiniert und oft irgendwelche sachen in englisch schreiben (interviews oder comments zB) glänzen nicht unbedingt dabei ;>
und so oft wie er nicht gespielt hat wars eigtl fast abzusehen.
wen das interessiert der sollte auf jeden fall den allstars thread dazu lesen, gibt gerüchte dass ars-art wieder zu VP geht usw ... (hi@juff) =) -
Ja denke auch dass die Sprache ne grosse Rolle gespielt hat und imo hat Ars-Art mit seinem playingstyle nicht wirklich zu Sk gepasst.....tu novia me la chupa hijo de puta

Zu SK hat er imho nie wirklich gepasst, hat mich schon sehr gewunder dass er dort gelandet ist.
Das mit der Sprachbarriere ist mehr als verständlich, hoffe aber, dass sie sind nicht im Streit auseinander gegangen sind -

It makes me a bit sad to have to say goodbye to these two players, but they didn't really fit into the team in the way I had hoped.
Smile (ARS-ART) is a really good player and we're still good friends, but we both realised that the language and the difference between us as persons made it to hard to stick together. I hope that he will find a (Russian) team with less communication problems, and I think this will happen soon as he is a very good player and still a nice guy.
When it comes to Rwar I really like him as a person too, but there were some internal circumstances that finally led to the decision I made today.
I wish both players gl with whatever they do and hope that I'll see them at some LAN in the future!
