Radiance is the most important item on AM because he will farm the rest very quickly afterwards.

am wont b good solo mid against certain heroes, otherwise he could pwn some others. hes not gankable if done well and can farm good. altough i'd rather send him on a sidelane where he has strong support like viper or silencer or visage. itembuild should b good farm -> fast sacred bad farm -> vanguard, radiance

My clan got a pretty good tactic against spectre. Its called Antimage. If he is able to farm so he has the same level like spectre (lets say both are he just goes to her farming spot and attacks her. she wont be able to farm if you always send AM to disturb her. In lategame he is very strong also and if he did a good job, spectre has problems. The tough part is to pick 4 good other heroes who can stand scourge pushes.
