I was in a similar situation when I left SK, but it was no hard matter to settle. Our friendship was beyond the contract and they released me as a player even if it would mean the disbandment of our team and the whole DotA division.
And please stop whining about contract and such... There is such a thing as a mutual agreement that can be as strong as the written one. The day news were announced we had only just talked to elroy about our feelings to the team and mb leaving. And as I understood it at that time we were supposed to wait for him to talk to the management and the reach a decision.
The reason to why I ever doubted the sponsorship was not that we would not be sent to SMM, but that it felt like fnatic did care about us as a team, though this was pretty much worked out some weeks prior to this event. I had people to meet at DH anyways, so it would be fine
I just hope people and especially newswriters realise what damage they caus by posting false news. Even if this is worked out and we stay in fnatic we will have to build up the trust between us from scratch...
