      Aber gut, ich bin auch mit Vollkornnudeln aufgewachsen, vielleicht ist mein Gaumen dadurch so rückständig geblieben dass er den Genuss von feinstem Weißmehl nicht als überlegen genug einstuft.

      €/g variiert stark, Penny hatte die hier mal als Aktion und da hab ich mich groß eingedeckt, ansonsten in großen Edekas oder so Bioläden ist es natürlich schon etwas teurer.

      Ich mein, ich habs versucht :S Hat allerdings auch "nur" das doppelte Protein. Einfach Whey Shake hinterher ballern, loift.

      Nicht auf den Quote bezogen:
      Ich denke oft herrscht ein bisschen Ambivalenz bei "gesundem" Essen und Essen "das schlank macht".
      Da redet man auch gerne mal aneinander vorbei.
      Was ich sagen will ist, dass das Essen halt auf die Anforderungen abgestimmt sein sollte.
      Man kann doch kaum Pauschal sagen welches Lebensmittel "gesund" ist.
