Neues Headset, Mikro geht nicht?

      Hallo ds.de,

      heute kam mein neues SteelSeries Siberia V2, nicht die USB Edition an. Der Sound funktioniert super, nur das Mikro nicht. Egal ob mit Verlängerungskabel oder ohne, egal auf welchem Status das Mute-Ding ist. Auf einem anderen Pc funktionierts nicht. Mein altes jedoch schon.

      Dh. es ist kaputt und ich sollte es zurückschicken. Jedoch: an Amazon oder an SteelSeries selbst?

      The Abyssus is incredibly underrated. I was using it for 4 years in RTS and
      never once had a problem with it, nor questioned getting a new mouse to

      habs nämlich auch und da hats auch nicht getan, weil mien laptop nur das eingebaute benutzt hat, anstatt das headset mikro. musste dann in der systemsteuerung die mikrobuchse auswählen. probier erst das bevor du´s zurückschickst.

    • Ich habe es an meinem Pc und an meinem (alten) Notebook getestet. Beides mal es als Gerät ausgewählt. Wenn ich den Muteknopf umgelegt hab kam sogar das typische Knacken, das hab ich gehört.

    • ja das das mikro da nichts aufnimmt war bie mir auch so.

      mach mal: systemsteuerung->hardware und sound->audiogeräte verwalten-> reiter "aufnahme"-> und dann müssten da so balken sein. wenn du jetzt reinsprichst müsste sich da ne veränderung zeigen. wenn da mehrere mikros angezeigt werden, machst eigenschaften und alle die bei Buchseninformation nicht "3,5" anzeigen deaktivierst. dann müsste nur noch die (meist) rot/rosa umrandete Buchse tun.
