      edit. Ah falsch verstanden. Du meintest ob es als Glücksspiel gezählt wird. Meines Wissens nach wurde kein ESL Gewinn in DE je versteuert (Richard Lewis, Esport Journalist als Quelle). Ich denke man kann dann schon sagen, dass die Realität für den Fall mir Recht gibt.

    • Ob Esports jetzt als Glücksspiel zählt weiß ich nicht, allerdings ist es insbesondere bei Poker so wie oben beschrieben. Allerdings ist das wohl noch komplizierter, da der Freund meiner Schwester schon seit Jahren in Kontakt mit dem Finanzamt ist, um herauszufinden wie er seine Onlinepoker-Gewinne versteuern muss.

      ob DBA's abgeschlossen wurden (meistens der fall) und ob die leute nach territorial oder welteinkommensprinzip besteuert werden :)
