      Ich versuchs mal kurz zu erklären, wenn da mehr Interesse besteht würde ich das in Zukunft vllt noch mal ausformulieren.

      Staaten sind Systeme.
      Systeme haben Mechanismen oder Prozesse, nach denen sie funktionieren. Systeme haben auch Organe oder Teile, nach denen sie aufgebaut sind.

      Jetzt könnten wir sagen: Alle diese Teile sind das System, weil ja das System nur aus diesen Teilen besteht. Aber das System ist eigentlich größer als nur der Zusammenschluss seiner ganzen Teile. Denn wir haben noch die Mechanismen, die in einem System wirken und die können durchaus entkoppelt von den Teilen sein.

      Zum einen eine sehr zivilisierte und homogene Gesellschaft, wenig Kriminalität, wenig kulturelle Konflikte (wie z.B. in den USA oder auch in Deutschland mit RAF/Pegida/Flüchtlingen).

      Nehmen wir Schweden, das am schnellsten Wachsende Land Europas. Schweden fährt seit 1975 eine "Willkommenspolitik", die auch fleißig genutzt wird. Schweden vergab sogar das Wahlrecht an in Schweden lebende Ausländer. In zweiter Generation in Schweden lebende Menschen sind Schweden.
      In den 1980ern und 90ern sind massiv Menschen nach Schweden eingewandert, darunter schon damals viele Flüchtlinge, plus Familiennachzug etc. Etwa genau so lange schreiben Medien Europaweit über den Anstieg von Straftaten, vor allem Vergewaltigungen. Schweden hatte Ende 2015 4,4% Muslime, Deutschland 5,2%. Das alles ist natürlich seit ~20 jahren ein gefundenes Fressen für die schwedische Rechte, welche politsch zwar zwischenzeitlich fast von der Bildfläche verschwunden war (mittlerweile wieder da), jedoch gibt es eine Viel- und steigende Zahl von rechten Gruppierungen.

      Ein Gegenstück zur RAF kann ich dir nicht nennen (dafür müsste man wohl in Norwegen vorbei schauen), aber Pegida und Flüchtlinge sind in Schweden schon sehr viel länger Thema als hier.
      Es ist nicht so weit her mit der "zivilisierten, homogenen Gesellschaft mit wenig Kriminalität und wenig kulturellen Konflikte". Zumindest nicht in den letzten 20+ Jahren.

    • Freie Marktwirtschaft führt halt dazu, dass die Dienstleitungen nur in den Bereichen angeboten werden wo es auch profitabel für die Unternehmen ist, daher fällt (komplett unregulierte) Marktwirtschaft in allen Bereichen raus die für ALLE zur Verfügung stehen müssen.

      Ansonsten hätten z.B. viele Dörfer jetzt kein Strom, Wasser, Straßenanbindung, etc. pp. Weil der Aufbau & die Instandhaltung der Infrastruktur sich niemals mit den Einnahmen decken lassen würde.

      Edit für HP: Deshalb frage ich mich: Wie verhindert man ein Monopol bei der Wasserversorgung, wenn man diese privatisieren möchte?

    • Als Profi der Kommunikation konnte ich herauslesen, dass er Alex- Aussage hinterfragt und sich von eben diesem eine genauere Ausführung wünscht, um seine Meinung eventuell nachvollziehen zu können. Für Nicht-Profis der Kommunikation ist das natürlich nur schwierig zu erkennen, da er das allgemein anerkannte Zeichen für Fragen (?) nicht verwendet hat.

      Bin ob diesem Post nämlich jetzt orientierungslos.
      Welchen Teil vom System oder den Mechanismen kannst du denn als Bürger nicht beeinflussen? Bin jetzt von einer direkten Demokratie ausgegangen wie in der Schweiz.
      So als kleines Rädchen im Staatsgetriebe kann ich sehr wohl von den Bürgern belangt werden. Sogar ziemlich direkt.

      nennt sich Wettbewerb um den Markt.
      Es gibt ne staatliche Ausschreibung und Unternehmen können um den den Betrieb/ die Wasserversorgung bewerben. Nach ein paar Jahren gibt es dann wieder ne neue Ausschreibung.
      Wird zB beim U-Bahn Netz in Berlin gemacht

    • Ja um deine Frage konkret zu beantworten: in gewissen Märkten kann und will man es nicht verhindern. Die versunkenen Kosten, welche zu enormen Markteintrittsbarrieren führen + die riesige Skaleneffekten verhindern einen freien Wettbewerb.
      In solchen Branchen sind natürliche Monopole theoretisch in der Lage ihre Produkte zu besseren Preisen anzubieten als viele kleine Wettbewerber.
      Da die damit einhergehende Marktmacht solcher Monopole offensichtlich aber auch Nachteile für die Konsumenten mit sich bringt, versucht der Staat durch den von mir beschriebenen "Wettbewerb um den Markt" die möglichen Vorteile an den Konsumenten weiterzureichen, indem er den effizientesten Betreiber auswählt.
      Das auch dieser Methode nicht "perfekt" ist, steht außer Frage, aber viele Alternativen bleiben nicht.

That's right, I was thinking about you middle America, and the rust belt, and the bible belt, and all those people who just can't seem to get ahead even though their Republican Governors have cut taxes seventeen times and now have to close down schools to balance the budget.

      I think that's the biggest slap in the face: I don't vote for liberals because of the (D), I vote for them because their policies are better. Their policies are even better for the white middle class male living six miles west of nowhere who's scraping to make ends meet while his boss just bought a brand new Tesla, their policies are better for the farmer whose seed prices just rose 150% along with Monsanto's profit margins, their policies are better for the heroin addict who can't find medical treatment despite the fact that his Governor turned down the Medicaid expansion and refused to set up public health exchanges. Yeah, maybe you fuckin' hate abortions, but if you give a shit about your child's education then swallow that pill and vote (D). Yeah, maybe you can't stand the idea of using a 10 round magazine, but if you give a shit about replacing the bridge you cross to work every day then swallow the pill and vote (D). Yeah, maybe SJWs piss you right the fuck off, but if you don't want to pay an extra $5 per month to visit FoxNews.com then swallow the pill and vote (D).

      That's what gets me, that's what angers me the most. Electing Hillary Clinton would have benefited nearly everyone in this country, even the racists and the sexists and the general assholes, but instead America decided to elect Trump. The Democrats had two nominees who wanted to help the American people, Democratic voters want to help the American people, Democratic politicians, by and large, want to help the American people, and how do the American people respond? By electing Republicans.

      It's like offering someone two plates, one with broccoli and one with glass shards, and saying "The broccoli is very healthy, but eating the glass could seriously hurt or even kill you, at the very least the glass is not a nutritious meal." And they choose the glass because I have the temerity, the balls, the elitist east coast liberal entitlement to tell them that broccoli is healthy and glass isn't.

      America 2016: Fuck you, I'll eat the glass.

      Edit: And maybe the worst part? People would have known this if they'd taken half an hour to research the candidates on their own. Eating broccoli vs eating glass is a surprisingly well researched topic. Skip the sound bites, skip the left, right, center, and mainstream media, go and look at what each candidate is offering, what they are actually proposing. Look at not just the promises, but how they plan to make those promises a reality. Half an hour of research would have made it obvious that Donald Trump is selling a bill of goods and Hillary Clinton actually had a product, that Donald is a conman and Hillary is a candidate, but no: The fact checkers are liars, and the Democrats are liars, and the economists and foreign policy experts and tax experts and doctors and climatologists are elitist shills who can't change a tire so what could they possibly know about what's important to the average American? Half an hour of research could have saved billions of dollars, millions of jobs, and hundreds of thousands of lives, but fuck that and fuck the Democrats and fuck America too while you're at it.
