Radiance - I used to encourage this item. If your noob team doesn't get it for some reason, then you definitely should because the immolation pwns. But normally you should let your Viper or whoever get the Radiance because your attack is crappy and the +70 damage will be kind of wasted (the immolation on 2 Radiances doesn't stack, so 1 per team should be the limit.)
Necronomicon – Basically, you don’t need it to get kills early, and it doesn’t help you tank later. If you do the calculations, a Vita Booster gives about the same amount of hit points as a level 3 Necronomicon. So the tanking on Necronomicon is very mediocre. As for the summons, Pudge does NOT have a problem assassinating heroes if you know how to Hook properly. If he is having trouble with a few high hp heroes, he can chase with Rot and Hook a second time, or get a teammate to help him. The fact of the matter is that Necronomicon should not be the deciding factor in whether or not you get a kill. All this said, it becomes clear that Pudge should focus on buying items to help him tank instead. As I said before, Necronomicon doesn't boost his tanking ability by nearly enough to be worth considering.
1) Bottle is unlimited. You can and will use it late into the game. Using all three charges gives 600 hit points and 210 mana (285 as of 6.38!!! Yay!!!), or the equivalent of about 1.5 waters and 2 (now almost 3!) clarities, which cost 250 gold. Using those numbers, Bottle pays for itself after only three refills. And that's only looking at the amount refilled.
2) Bottle's regeneration is over 3 seconds. This is huge. It's very quick, which means you can use it immediately if you notice a vulnerable Hero but lack the mana to turn a combo on him and snag a kill where you would have missed one trying to use a Clarity potion. Furthermore, if you are low on hit points and an enemy has just nuked you, he could chase you until his nuke cools down and finish you with the nuke. But with Bottle, you can regenerate a quick 225 hit points before it's up and survive.
3) Bottle can also capture runes. I mention that you should get Observer Wards. Put a Ward or two over the runes, and you can use Bottle to grab them. A stored rune can provide a key combat advantage that the enemy will not see coming. As of 6.38, using a Rune returns a full Bottle. This is a huge buff to Bottle and makes grabbing even Runes you don't need an excellent idea.

Besonders geil...Pudge + Mate verfolgen low hp hero...
