Q: What is the VIP list?
A: The VIP list is a XML file, supposed to use for the WC3banlist program. Basicly it is like a banlist XML, like the Approved Host banlist or a Sharing Group XML from banlist.nl, and it is used in exactly the same way. The VIP list is used for the WCIII custom game Defense of the Acients (DotA).

Q: How the VIP list works?
A: As mentioned before, the VIP XML list is loaded into the banlist program. It works like a banlist, just in a positive way. Beeing on this list means, that you are mannered, moderate skilled, mature and worth to play with at all.
Short: The exact opposite of a leaver/flamer/game ruiner!
If you are a VIP, everyone downloading this list will notice you when you enter a DotA-game, and will know that you are a good addition to that game. They´ll get a message from thier banlist that look like this:

"The VIP "YourNickname" has entered the game!"

Q: Where can I download the VIP list XML?
A: Open your banlist
-> Preferences
-> Online Lists
-> Load from XML file
-> Add this link ( nsg.xpscripts.org/VIP.xml ) and click 'Open' & you are done.

Q: How can I be added to the VIP XML?
A: To become a VIP, you need the support of a group, called "Vouchers". First, you need to make an account for this forum. If you have already you must post an application to become a VIP in the "Vouching Area" forum section. In that section you can also view the list of our availablle vouchers. If everything is done, you need to play some DotA-games with a couple of the Vouchers and proof that you truly are a VIP. If the vouchers consider you as a player that needs to be on the VIP list they will support you. For more Details about the whole progress, read through the Stickys in the Vouching Area.

Q: Can I become a Voucher too?
A: Yes, you can. The VIP list idea is accually pretty new, and if its growing we will need more vouchers in the future.
There are several requirements to become a voucher. You can find all infos you need about becoming a voucher in the Vouching Area too.
