    • Probiere gerade verschiedene Cookie Rezepte aus und dieser mit Walnüssen ist heftig gut,
      nicht gedacht, dass die so einen großen Unterschied machen würden

      Rote Zwiebel, Paprika, Champignons in Öl angebrate, mit Soja Soße abgelöscht und dann mit Thymian und Knoblauch gewürzt.

      War first try die selber zu machen und rookiemisstakes wurden gemacht. Schmecken auch echt gut aber viel zu wenig füllung weil bahnen nicht lang genug ausgerollt bzw. gestapelt.

      Nächstemal wird besser.

      Hier sollte irgendwas mit Bierpong stehen :grinking:

      Erst jetzt gesehen.
      Nächstes Mal die Karotten kleiner machen. Und den Schnittlauch weglassen (der hat da absolut nichts drin verloren).
      Saiten auch nicht aufgeschnitten reinwerfen, das ist kein Würstchengulasch.

      Sonst sieht es aber sehr gut aus. Dürfte für mich aber eine etwas "grünlichere" Farbe haben.

    • Würde sowieso keine Kritik von jemandem annehmen der Schnittlauch mit Frühlingszwiebeln verwechselt.

Frühlingszwiebeln werden in den helleren Bereichen normalerweiße breiter als hoch (Verhältnis < 1) und in den dunklen gleichmäßig (Verhältnis ~ 1) geschnitten. Jedenfalls in der Küche daheim, das mag in der Gastonomie nochmal anders sein.

    • Bis auf den ersten Punkt alles nichts haltbar und das Rezept habe ich nicht gelesen. Vielleicht Mal Augen aufmachen anstelle Romane schreiben.
