kann mir jemand erklären, wieso es eigentlich okay und erlaubt ist, dass regionale splitterparteien in deutschland auf nationaler ebene höchste staatsämter besetzen und politik fürs ganze land bestimmen dürfenwolliver twist schrieb:

Warum und wer sollte das denn verbieten? Ist ne gwählte Partei im Bundestag. Die Fraktion besteht aus 2 Parteien weil sie dadurch mehr Rechte im Parlament hat. Im Europaparlament ist das noch deutlich offener. Wenn du da als einzelner Abgeordneter reinkommst (Julia Reeda) dann kannst du dich in gegenseitigem Einverständnis einer Fraktion anschliessen (funzt natürlich auch mit mehreren Parteien, in der EVP Fraktion beispielsweise). Das es gerade die CSU ist, ist halt so gewachsen. bündniss90/Grüne ist ja auch sowas oder WASG/PDS. Gleiche Interessensgruppen schliessen sich zusammen. Sehe da absolut keinen Grund irgendwas in der hinsicht mehr zu regulieren/verbieten.
