This was brought up by myself and Luminous in today's casts, and has been referenced in the past with regard to letting teams and sponsors know how you feel. I know Ayesee has mentioned sending sponsors a message on FB/Twitter that you bought a product because they sponsored an event helps keep them continue supporting E-sports. On a similar lines (but a more "negative" approach), I will suggest the following.
When teams do not show up on time, and are unprofessional - Let the organizations know. Each sponsored team has a Facebook/Twitter page, send them a message on their wall, a tweet at them, or whatever you do, and let them know you as a viewer waited around for 30minutes. 60minutes. Even 10minutes; just for their team to show up. Commentators and admins were waiting around as to, and as a follower/supporter of their player it disappoints you to see this.
It's hard to tournament organizers to disqualify teams, it is bad for their sponsors and tournament as a whole. Kicking NaVi from your tournament, while it may lead to your viewers appreciating you for staying true to your rules, it also leads to lower viewership as a whole - people WANT to tune in and see NaVi play. So contact NaVi themselves. Contact Mouz. Contact EG. COntact M5. Let those orgs know their players who they pay salaries to are being unprofessional.
Additionally, on the other spectrum, tell teams who show up on time and act professionally, that you appreciate their efforts. Go on to Complexity's page and let them know you are grateful as a fan they always show up on time.
I believe organizations will address these problems with their players accordingly and look to help improve the matter for all viewers. So to all viewers/fans do this, not just today when I mentioned on stream you should (for Navi vs mouz) do it on a regular basis. Show your support, show your disappointment. And to other casters: keep trying to help dota 2 as an esport see this change to becoming a more professional game.
Example: facebook.com/NatusVincere - their community/social media manager will notice these, maybe not a one-off thing as a big issue, but if it happens on multiple occasions I'm sure they would push for a change.
